When a corporate charter makes a statement like that, they set themselves up with a lot to live up to. Watching the politicians read their script, it becomes clear that too many speeches just allows them to forget everything they have had the nerve to promise to the American people. It is also well known that the questions asked are often scripted, and only certain members of the news media are allowed to ask questions at all.
